From listing through closing, he was responsive and took care of everything, including market data, communication with the buyer's agent, timely responses when questions were asked, excellent follow up, and delivered on commitments. Steve was excellent to work with in the sale of my home as well as the purchase of a new condo. If you are looking for one of the best realtors in our area, you want to contact Steve. He will always have time for your questions and concerns, and he always get back to you by phone or text. He made the process of buying and selling as stress free as it could be. I would use Steve again in the future if I should buy or sell again.

Steve did a fantastic job working with me buying a home. Communication with him was open at all times and his responsiveness was immediate. Whether a problem or just general questions he answered quickly and knowledgably. Throughout my search he was low key, never pushy nor in a rush granting my time to process what I was looking for in a home and location. He is very knowledgeable about the area, local zoning laws, and has a network of people-home appraisers, pest control, surveyors, and home cleaners that helps when you have a time limit to get things done. When negotiating the price with the seller he passed on my counter offers quickly and got back to me quickly. And, his simply a good guy. I enjoyed working with him and would certainly do so again, although not too soon, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.
