Steve Gardner did an amazing job of selling our mom's house after she passed. We were not local, and he made sure the property was in good condition for presentation and guided us through the process. The housing market in Ormond Beach is in constant flux, and he was able to get it sold quickly and for a good price. He was most helpful during the negotiation process, making suggestions but always going with what we felt comfortable with. I would work with him again if we ever decide to return to Ormond. He made the whole process easy and seamless, and was supportive and communicative throughout. Excellent experience!

From listing through closing, he was responsive and took care of everything, including market data, communication with the buyer's agent, timely responses when questions were asked, excellent follow up, and delivered on commitments. He will always have time for your questions and concerns, and he always get back to you by phone or text. He made the process of buying and selling as stress free as it could be. I would use Steve again in the future if I should buy or sell again.
